Our company offers two types of twin wire metal arc spray systems.

ArcMaster™ 300 is a twin wire arc system with a durable lightweight gun that offers very consistent coating quality and exceptionally reliable operation.

FlameArc™ 300 is a twin wire arc spray system with an HVAF atomizing jet that provides superfine atomization to produce very dense, low porosity coatings.

Both systems can be ordered with optional high feed rate spray guns for spraying materials with low melting points (Zinc, Zinc-aluminum, Aluminum, Aluminum-magnesium).
